WhatsApp Notifications for Employees
We're happy to announce that employees can now receive case updates directly on WhatsApp! This new feature enhances communication and keeps employees informed about their case progress.
To enable WhatsApp notifications, employees can follow these steps:
> Go to Settings > Notifications > General > Receive notifications on WhatsApp.
> Or, for renewal cases, access the WhatsApp widget on their dashboard.
A simple two-step verification process is required to activate the feature.
Renewals Compliance Report
The new Renewal Compliance Report makes it easier to manage permit renewals and ensure compliance across different regions.
Comprehensive Overview: Get a clear picture of compliance status by country or entity.
Renewal Breakdown: See upcoming renewals categorized as In-progress or Not-started.
Flexible Filtering: View summary data for individual countries or select multiple countries to filter the report.
Easily spot Employees needing attention on the Employees Page
We've improved the Employee Status feature on your Employer page to help you easily identify employees who need attention due to missing or expiring Visa and Residence Permits. Visa due date is highlighted only if there is no Residence Permit date on the employee's profile.
This update simplifies compliance by clearly highlighting pending priority renewals.
Inputs from HR tab
You can now find a new "Inputs from HR" tab under each employee case. The new tab clearly identifies the fields requiring employer input. This simplifies finding and filling out necessary information, making it easier and faster to complete your employee’s onboarding process.
Renewal Status filter on the Employees Page
A new “Renewal started” status has been added to the Employees page. Employer users can now filter all employees whose renewal is in progress.
Enhanced Entity Selection
Our latest update makes it easier for employers to navigate different entities on the platform.
Here’s what you’ll experience:
- Effortless Entity Management: Easily identify your current organization at the top and switch between entities with a click. See case counts (Active/Draft/On Hold) for each entity in a dedicated list.
- Simplified Profile: Your profile information is now separate from the entity selection, for clearer navigation.
Overview Tab for Employers
We’ve released a new employer tab with a cleaner, more informative layout to help employers stay on top of relocations.
On the overview tab you can see:
- Activity Progress
- Employer tasks in progress
- Case Timeline
- Latest case updates
Auto-fill for “Add Employee” flow
The "Add Employee" flow now features an auto-fill functionality to pre-populate form fields based on employers' previous entries. This feature automatically suggests data when you select a position, potentially filling up to 70% of the form.
- Position-based Auto-Fill: As you select a position (e.g., "Software Engineer") previously used for another case, relevant data will be automatically suggested in the new form.
- Previously Used Options: The nationality and position fields display past selections for quick and easy re-use.
Customizable Entries: All auto-filled data remains editable, allowing you to modify information as needed.
Dedicated Renewals Dashboard
Renewals Dashboard makes talent renewals seamless, saving you time and effort. Centralize the complete renewal process and guarantee a smooth, effective, and fully supported experience for your team.
With the new Renewals Dashboard, you can:
-Start new renewals with ease with pre-filled information
- Mark renewals as “not needed” in just two clicks
- Download customizable reports choosing entity, country, time period, or documents needed
- Use the Calendar View for a month-by-month breakdown
- Search for past, present, or future renewals to suit your needs
- Stay ahead of deadlines with highlighted upcoming renewals

Employers can now download a user report directly from the main dashboard on the Users page. The report includes the following data points for each user:
- Employer's name
- Email address
-Roles
- Accessible countries
- Last login timestamp
- Entities they are associated with
Homesearch for Employees
The new Homesearch feature provides a dedicated space for agents to share details and links to potential properties with employees seeking relocation assistance. Employees can easily choose their preferred properties and give feedback through a user-friendly interface.

This initial version lays the foundation for future functionalities, and more features are planned to be rolled out soon.
Case Notes Tags
Employers can now tag notes as "Important" to highlight significant updates and milestones. These notes will then show with a badge, making them easier to spot and helping you easily identify critical updates or key information within your cases.
Follow your mobility story on the Wins page
Employers are now able to follow their successful mobility story on the Wins page.
This page allows you to explore successful cases, read talent feedback and know more about their relocation experience, learn how many hours and costs you've saved so far, and analyze ROI.
Save cases as drafts
Employers are now able to save their cases as drafts.
If you don’t have the full information for a case, you can click the “Save changes” button on the Add New Employee flow to save it as a draft. Whenever you are ready to complete the missing information, you can find the draft case under the “Pending draft cases with you” tab and submit your new case once you’ve filled all the required fields.
Updated Employer Dashboard
The updated Employer Dashboard gives employers quick access to all the most relevant information on their cases and accounts.
Employers are now able to easily access important case data points, like renewal dates, view pending tasks, and preview case summaries directly on the dashboard, without the need to switch between tabs.
Updated Add Employee Page
The updated Add Employee experience allows employers to access the FAQ for each step of the Add Employee flow and get helpful tips about specific fields, streamlining the time needed to add a new employee case. After adding a case, you'll be able to view the upcoming case milestones along with the estimated timeline for each milestone, so you never lose track of case progression.
Jobbatical Chatbot
With the Jobbatical Chatbot, employers can:
- access the Jobbatical Assistant and get general or case-specific queries answered, such as case progress or start date, and solve repeat requests;
- get a platform overview and assistance with functionalities like case addition, notifications or user manager;
- access our knowledge database through the Help Center.
The Smart Question Composer is now available for employers.
This features helps you save time by displaying frequently asked questions relating to different categories - Re-hiring check, Case info, Documents, FlexyPocket and Visa - in any conversation thread.
All you need to do is select a category, and our system will automatically gather the case information, providing a set of auto-composed questions that you can use with one single click.

Tracking a case’s progress is now simpler with Case Milestones.
Case Milestones give you a bird’s eye view over three case milestones and their timelines: Visa, Resident Permit, and Work Permit. You can follow your employee’s mobility journey through multiple automatically updated statuses, and plan accordingly without the need for manual updates from your case agent.
Improved Package View for Employers
The Employer platform now offers an enhanced package view to simplify your relocation planning.
This update includes a cleaner interface highlighting key information, new filters for easy browsing by service type, and help-tips to assist you in understanding the different types of service and support.
