Editing feedback in order to make a clear distinction between Joan (who followed me for the part of jobbatical) and Ana (who is the external field consultant) While Joan (that was the person following me for everything Jobbatical related) was quite good and fast in answering all my questions, the person who helped me with the actual burocracy and housing part (Ana Guevara) was a complete disappointment. She arrived late multiple times to appointments (more than 45 min), she did not help at all in the house search and in speaking with the landlord and at times she was even counterproductive in confusing the landlord and sending wrong requests.

Sonia and both Ana's were great. They helped me tremendously. There were a couple of hick ups in the process due to misunderstandings or uncertainty, but overall they held my family's hand through a very long and complex process.
