Karoli Hindriks is Founder and CEO of Jobbatical, the Tallinn-based global mobility platform she launched in 2014, now supporting relocations across 45+ countries. She holds a degree in International Business Administration from the Estonian Business School and is an alumnus of Singularity University. Before Jobbatical she became Estonia's youngest inventor at 16, led the launch of MTV Estonia at 23 as the youngest MTV CEO in the network's history, and launched seven Northern European TV channels including National Geographic and Fox. Named one of Europe's 50 most influential women in startup and VC by EU-Startups five times, one of eight most inspiring women in Europe by the EU Council in 2020, she was a TED speaker in Monterey in 2021.
