I feel like the platform made the relocation process easier for me. I appreciate that I could pay less attention to paperwork and not have to search for information about what documents are needed and how to submit them. I like that the relocation agents answered my questions, and I was not alone in this process. The platform is user-friendly, and I believe it saved my time. I have no negative emotions about communicating with agents. Unfortunately, my case is really sad, as I had to wait a very long time and send additional documents several times without understanding what was happening. I have no idea why this happened. I don’t even know if it was some kind of mistake on my part or if the authorities simply failed or did their job poorly.

She also is very diligent in replying and preparing my documentation. There are so much burocracy to deal with and it was very important to have someone explaining how to do every step of the way.
