You can initiate these cases using two primary methods:

  • Manual Creation: Set up a new family case from scratch by entering the required details directly into the platform.
  • Existing Employee List: Save time by selecting individuals from your current employee directory to associate with the new family case.

This improvement is designed to provide greater administrative control, ensuring that all family members receive the necessary support regardless of the primary employee's current case status.
