Downloading and Managing User Reports

Employers can now efficiently manage their team oversight by downloading comprehensive user reports directly from the platform. This feature allows administrators to export detailed data into a portable format, facilitating easier auditing, resource planning, and user management.

To access this feature, navigate to the Users page from your main dashboard. From there, you can generate a report that includes critical data points for every user associated with your account. This is particularly useful for maintaining compliance and keeping track of platform engagement across different regions and entities.

The downloadable report provides a structured overview including:

  • Employer Name: The specific company or entity name assigned to the user.
  • Email Address: The primary contact email used for platform access and notifications.
  • Roles: The specific permission levels and access rights assigned to the user.
  • Accessible Countries: A list of geographic locations the user is authorized to manage or view.
  • Last Login Timestamp: Precise data on the user's most recent activity to help track platform adoption.
  • Associated Entities: A clear mapping of which corporate branches or legal entities the user is connected to.

By centralizing this information into a single downloadable file, employers can maintain better visibility and control over their organizational structure and user permissions.
