Saving and Managing Case Drafts

The Jobbatical platform now allows employers to save progress on new employee cases by creating drafts. This feature is particularly useful when you are in the middle of the "Add New Employee" flow but do not yet have all the necessary information or documentation to finalize the submission.

To save a case as a draft, simply click the Save changes button at any point during the creation process. This preserves the data you have already entered, allowing you to exit the flow without losing your progress.

When you are ready to complete and submit the case, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to your dashboard and locate the Pending draft cases with you tab.
  • Select the draft you wish to resume.
  • Fill in any remaining required fields or upload the necessary documents.
  • Review the information and submit the case for processing.

By using drafts, you can manage your administrative tasks more efficiently, ensuring that every case is accurate and complete before it is officially launched.
