We have updated the Files page for employee users to streamline document management and provide a more intuitive experience. These improvements are designed to help you organize your documents more effectively and stay informed throughout the upload process.

Key updates and new features include:

• Optimized Landing Experience: To ensure you never miss a requirement, the page now defaults to the Pending files tab, highlighting documents that still need your attention.
• Instant Upload Confirmation: You will now receive a clear confirmation message immediately after a file is successfully uploaded, providing peace of mind that your documentation has been received.
• Voluntary File Uploads: We have introduced a new option allowing you to upload voluntary files. This is useful for sharing additional supporting documentation that may not be explicitly requested but is relevant to your case.
• Advanced Filtering: New filters allow you to quickly search and locate files based on who uploaded them, such as talent or other team members.
• Flexible Sorting Options: You can now organize your document list by upload date (set as the default) or by specific file sections, making it easier to manage large volumes of information.
