Enabling WhatsApp Notifications for Case Updates

We are excited to introduce WhatsApp notifications, a new feature designed to keep employees informed about their case progress in real-time. By receiving updates directly on your mobile device, you can stay on top of important milestones and requirements throughout your relocation or immigration journey.

To activate WhatsApp notifications on your account, please follow these steps:

  • Through Account Settings: Navigate to Settings, select Notifications, then General, and toggle the option to Receive notifications on WhatsApp.
  • Via the Dashboard: For those managing renewal cases, you can also quickly enable this feature by accessing the dedicated WhatsApp widget located directly on your dashboard.

Once you have opted in, a simple two-step verification process will be required to securely link your WhatsApp account and ensure your data remains protected. This enhancement streamlines communication, ensuring you never miss a critical update regarding your case status.
