Employers can now subscribe to various notification types to keep workflows moving efficiently:

• Important Notes: Receive an instant notification the moment a high-priority note is shared on a case, allowing for immediate visibility on critical updates.
• Unread Messages: Stay on top of communication with a daily summary of any messages you may have missed, ensuring no question from your team or agents goes unanswered.
• Due and Overdue Tasks: Maintain project momentum with a weekly summary of tasks that are currently due or have passed their deadline, helping you prioritize your upcoming week.

You can manage and enable these notifications from several convenient locations within the platform, including the main Dashboard, individual Case Summaries, the Cases list, or through your account Settings page.

Getting connected is a simple, secure two-step process:

• Step 1: Add your mobile number: Navigate to your notification settings and enter the mobile phone number associated with your WhatsApp account.
• Step 2: Verify your connection: Enter the unique verification code sent to your phone to confirm your identity and activate the service.
