I appreciate the effort the team invested into supporting my case, especially the transparent communication and timely responses throughout the initial stages. However, my overall experience was disappointing due to inconsistencies and a lack of effective support during a critical phase of the process. Despite receiving an official appointment from the immigration office (which typically indicates a positive outcome), the agency was unable to reschedule the appointment when needed — a core part of the service I had expected. During the long waiting period, I had to take ownership of the situation myself, eventually securing my Blue Card independently. Later, confusion arose around the submission of a naturalization (Einbürgerung) application, which I had not planned or coordinated with the agency. This resulted in the closure of my permanent residency case without my consent or proper alignment, despite earlier progress. There also seemed to be a technical issue in the system (e.g. duplicate accounts) which may have caused further misunderstandings. In summary, while I recognize the team’s polite and responsive communication, the lack of proactive guidance, ineffective follow-up, and system errors significantly impacted my case. I would encourage the team to improve case continuity, internal coordination, and transparency, especially when dealing with complex and time-sensitive matters like immigration.
