How do I apply for the EU Blue Card in the Netherlands?
The employer or employee can apply via the IND portal. If the employer is a recognized sponsor (optional), processing is 30 days; otherwise, up to 90 days. An MVV (entry visa) may be needed for certain nationalities, collected at a Dutch embassy.
