I appreciate the effort the team invested into supporting my case, especially the transparent communication and timely responses throughout the initial stages. However, my overall experience was disappointing due to inconsistencies and a lack of effective support during a critical phase of the process. Despite receiving an official appointment from the immigration office (which typically indicates a positive outcome), the agency was unable to reschedule the appointment when needed — a core part of the service I had expected. During the long waiting period, I had to take ownership of the situation myself, eventually securing my Blue Card independently. Later, confusion arose around the submission of a naturalization (Einbürgerung) application, which I had not planned or coordinated with the agency. This resulted in the closure of my permanent residency case without my consent or proper alignment, despite earlier progress. There also seemed to be a technical issue in the system (e.g. duplicate accounts) which may have caused further misunderstandings. In summary, while I recognize the team’s polite and responsive communication, the lack of proactive guidance, ineffective follow-up, and system errors significantly impacted my case. I would encourage the team to improve case continuity, internal coordination, and transparency, especially when dealing with complex and time-sensitive matters like immigration.

Ich habe das Gefühl, dass die Plattform den Umzugsprozess für mich erleichtert hat. Ich schätze es, dass ich mich weniger um den Papierkram kümmern musste und nicht nach Informationen darüber suchen musste, welche Dokumente benötigt werden und wie man sie einreicht. Ich finde es gut, dass die Relocation Agents meine Fragen beantwortet haben und ich in diesem Prozess nicht allein war. Die Plattform ist benutzerfreundlich, und ich glaube, dass ich dadurch Zeit sparen konnte. Ich habe keine negativen Gefühle bei der Kommunikation mit den Agenten. Leider ist mein Fall wirklich traurig, denn ich musste sehr lange warten und mehrmals zusätzliche Dokumente schicken, ohne zu verstehen, was passiert ist. Ich habe keine Ahnung, warum das passiert ist. Ich weiß nicht einmal, ob es sich um einen Fehler meinerseits handelte oder ob die Behörden einfach versagt oder ihre Arbeit schlecht gemacht haben.

Er war flexibel und ging weit darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass alle meine Dokumente unter erheblichem Zeitdruck korrekt eingereicht wurden.

Vrinda, meine Relocation Agentin, ist die hilfreichste. Sie klärt meine Zweifel immer mit den ausführlichsten Informationen und viel Geduld. Sie ist auch sehr fleißig bei der Beantwortung und Vorbereitung meiner Unterlagen. Es gibt so viel Bürokratie, mit der man umgehen muss, und es war sehr wichtig, jemanden zu haben, der jeden Schritt erklärt.
